Ayawaska is a flowering vine used by Peruvian shamans in the Amazon basin. When making the essence, I heard three short, faint tones. I then saw a beautiful white-haired crone, who told me forcefully what ayahuasca is:
"I am the essence of ayawaska. I have come to teach the children of this world about death. They have forgotten that death is part of the cycle of life, and they fear it. They must remember that every living thing must die in order to be reborn."
After sitting as told for 1/2 hour, I heard one long, loud blasting tone. The entire experience felt very strongly energetic and dynamic like the essence that resulted.
LAKE TITICACA ESSENCE
Healing qualities: Birth and rebirth
This essence carries the energy of Lake Titicaca, which is very pure. This very large lake is the highest fresh water lake. All of the indigenous people of Peru claim the Lake as their place of origin. And the first Inkas came from the Lake. She is the Mother Water.
When I began making this essence, sitting on a pier on the Lake, it was sunny and very calm and still. As I began the invocation of the energy of the Lake, the wind and clouds came, and persisted for the few minutes it took to bring in the energy. then the winds died down, and it was again sunny and calm, as it remained for the hour following while I sat there.
The essence, like Lake Titicaca, nurtures and nourishes and brings forth life.
BRANDENBERG AMETHYST ESSENCE
Healing qualities: Rapid growth and healing; zest for life.
This deep purple crystal grew in the African desert in Namibia, where nothing else grows except cactus. It grows outward rather than inward like most amethysts. In other words, it does not create geodes. Because it grows so rapidly, it includes everything desert sand, any water in its path anything. Its structure appears chaotic. However, it knows about surviving harsh conditions and thriving!
Like all amethyst it is an excellent healer. It is an elestial, a crystal with natural terminations and/or overgrowth of crystals over the face and body of the crystal. The elestial helps us to remember that death is only another form of rebirth, a part of the flow of life, change and actualization. It is also "etched" with hieroglyphic like figures, bringing assistance from the spiritual realm, and allowing access to the wisdom and love that is always there. It also can facilitate access to information about the many journeys (and lives) of one's soul.
This essence is especially useful in healing severe trauma, depression and the lack of will to live.
CLEAR QUARTZ ELESTIAL
Healing qualities: awareness of universal unconditional love; synchronicity; union of heart and mind; wisdom; gentle, flowing change
The elestial is an enchanted stone, bringing angelic assistance. It aligns us with the spiritual realm. It aligns and harmonizes the heart and mind, and gives access to the knowledge of life and death. Through it, we become conscious of the unconditional love that has always and always will be available to us.
This stone particularly assists with change, making the transitions as easy and gentle as can be. It allows us to remember and understand the process – that death is another birth – and thus we can let go of the fear and resistance. The relaxation allows for more gentleness along the way.
GREEN CALCITE ESSENCE
Healing qualities: energy amplification and clearing; remembering
This crystal came to me in a small miracle, from a goddess ceremony altar. The crystal reminds me of a computer chip, with the typical rhomboid shape that calcite has. It is a pale green translucent stone, with a rainbow in it. It is an energy amplifier, clearing and activating all the chakras. The stone also helps the mind to remember information and the body to remember the state of perfection. Finally, the green calcite helps to rid the body of infections.
HEMATITE
Healing qualities: mental and emotional clarity; facilitation of memory and of creative thinking; calmness and balance; focuses energy; transforms negativity
This metallic gray stone is most useful in relation to the mind. It develops mental facility. Hematite makes clear that the limitations we perceive are only that: perceptions of the mind without reality. Hematite is also balancing and calming – balancing yin and yang, the etheric and the physical, body mind and spirit, and all the meridians. This brings focus, and prepares one for a meditative state.
HERKIMER DIAMOND ESSENCE
Healing qualities: communication; out of body travel; vivid dreaming and recollection of dreams
Herkimer diamond is actually a form of clear quartz: double terminated, shaped roughly like a diamond, and very shiny like a polished diamond. For a long time they were found only in Herkimer, New York, though now they have been found in Oaxaca, Mexico.
As a clear quartz crystal, Herkimer enhances energy: of other crystals and other healing work. Because it is double terminated, it has a particular affinity for enhancing communication. It also facilitates out of body travel, and therefore dreaming. The dreams are very vivid, and therefore it is easier to recall the dreams.
Herkimer diamond essence enhances dreaming and dream recall. It allows the soul to soar, traveling into realms of spirit during the dreamtime. Using the elixir, you might find your dreams become quite vivid.
